During our 40th year, we are highlighting the experience and insights of co-owners who are also celebrating their milestone work anniversaries.
In 2023, Turley is marking our 40th year. We are an employee-owned business. This makes us distinctive because each employee is a co-owner, with a voice and share in our success. We are invested in each other and in the communities in which we work.
What inspired you to join Turley?
I joined Turley hoping to widen my experience and further my career in a supportive team environment. The freedoms and flexibilities that Turley offers formed a key part of my decision to join Turley and this has allowed me to balance my childcare responsibilities at home.
How has your role changed over the time you have been with Turley?
During my 5 years at Turley I have been supported through maternity leave and the return to work process. I have recently been promoted and have found the process to be open and encouraging. Turley genuinely wants co-owners to grow and develop and will give you the opportunities to do so.
What has kept you at Turley? What makes Turley a special place to work?
