Statutory consultation processes
We are experienced in leading on projects that fall under statutory pre-application consultation processes in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, NSIP requirements and various regimes across local authorities in England.
We advised the Welsh Government on best practice in pre-application consultation and produced their ‘Pre-application Community Consultation: Best Practice Guidance for Developers’.
