Graduate recruitment
Why Turley?
Joining our company as a graduate provides a unique opportunity to launch your career in a trusted independent advisory with a restless ambition to shape a more sustainable future. You have the opportunity to build your experience working across a broad range of exciting projects with early responsibility and client contact.
At Turley, I have always been fully supported and encouraged to take on new challenges, which have broadened my experience as well as helping me build my professional competence. Being part of the Planning Team has allowed me to assume early responsibility across a range of exciting projects and to collaborate with a variety of co-owners across the company.
We are committed to nurturing talent and offering all co-owners the opportunity for personal growth. We offer a comprehensive package of training and support to all co-owners and has been recognised by the RTPI with the award of Learning Partner status. Development opportunities include work with our Charitable Trust on projects to give something back to causes supported by the company.
Graduates and other assistants joining the team will be invited to take part in the Assistant Level Development Programme, which is designed to help you to develop the core skills you will need at the outset of your career with Turley and to build your network within the company.
Assistant Planners will be offered full support with preparation for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the RTPI and will be assigned a mentor to guide them through the process.
