New appointments for Turley’s Business Cases and Funding team

As part of the continued expansion of our Economics team we have strengthened our Business Cases and Funding service with the appointment of Bindu Pokkyarath as Associate Director, and Ada Brahimi as Consultant.

Bindu joins as Associate Director from AECOM and brings over 14 years’ experience as a business case specialist and economic appraisal lead, including unlocking £172 million of infrastructure funding for Harlow Gilston Garden Town, securing £10 million for Sutton High Street and developing a bespoke growth prioritisation tool for National Highways. She has also worked on area-based economic assessments and economic strategy development, managing large scale and complex projects in the UK and internationally.

Ada also joins from AECOM, bringing with her extensive experience in presenting economic data to help case making for funding and to appraise business case applications to Solent and EM3 LEP. She has also delivered economic development advice for many UK clients including assessing employment land for the Greater London Authority.

The appointments bolster our Business Cases and Funding service, launched in July with the appointment of Senior Director, Andy Rumfitt.

As we continue to grow our Business Cases and Funding service, they will play a key role in supporting clients and partners to bring investment into development, infrastructure and regeneration projects.”

“Bindu and Ada will make a great addition to the Economics team. Over the last two years we have seen a growth in demand for business case skills and expansion of the team will mean that we can help more clients to produce and appraise business cases for funding.”
