Growth for Turley’s Design team with appointment of new Director

We have strengthened our Design service with the appointment of Jeff Nottage as Director – a move that allows us to build our specialist design offer across London and the South East.

Jeff joins the team from Broadway Malyan where he led a large urbanism team working on projects across the built environment. Bringing nearly 25 years’ experience in the urban design industry, Jeff is a Recognised Practitioner of Urban Design and Chartered Town Planner focussed on designing new settlements, major urban extensions and town centres across the UK.

Based out of our London office, Jeff will be focussed on building the team and client base across the South East.

Jeff will be supported by our national team who have built a strong reputation as some of the UK’s leading urban designers recently delivering significant projects such as Cuerdale Garden Village in Preston, a Campus Masterplan for Aston University, the regeneration of Telford Town Centre and Banwell Urban Extension in North Somerset.

Speaking about Jeff’s appointment, Head of Design, Stephen Taylor said:

“This appointment reflects our growing design team and our increased capacity to provide support to clients and projects across London and the South East. Jeff brings with him a wealth of experience that will transform our service.

“Having Jeff’s local expertise will enable us to meet the growing demand for our service and I’m delighted to welcome him to the team.”

Jeff added:

“I’m hugely excited to be joining the team in London. Turley has a fantastic reputation not only in the region but throughout the UK and Ireland, and I’m looking forward to working with co-owners across the business to help shape our places and communities of the future.”
