Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill: reforms to national planning policy. What does it mean for your sector?

On Thursday 22 December 2022 the Government published a consultation document on its proposed reforms to National Planning Policy, alongside a full draft version of the proposed new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
