New Senior Directors and Leadership Team appointments amidst promotions drive
We have promoted three new Senior Directors and appointed two new members to our Leadership Team.
The move comes as we make a number of promotions across our business.
Angela Reeve, Peter Lawson and Jeff Richards have all been promoted to Senior Director roles as we expand our distributed leadership across a number of offices and services.
Midlands-based Angela joined Turley in 2014 and will continue her role as Head of Planning for the region while advising on high-profile projects for national clients. Her role as Senior Director will help shape the growth of the company with a focus on providing strategic advice and developing deeper client relationships.
Peter, who oversaw the opening of our Reading office in 2015, and growing its South East operations, will help us expand our focus on investor led residential and mixed-use schemes across the wider South East and Eastern regions. Sara Dutfield will step into the role of Head of Planning South East.
Bristol based, Jeff, who has led the South West and Wales planning teams since 2016 will now focus on collaborative business development and work across the South West, South East and the Midlands to grow client relationships and access new markets. Huw Jones is promoted to Head of South West and Wales. Huw is supported by the appointments of Director, Owen Francis to Head of Planning Wales and Director, Phil Jones to Head of Planning South West.
We have also bolstered our Leadership Team with Katy Lightbody, Director in the Heritage, Townscape and Landscape team, and Joanna Turner, Finance Director, joining.

Elsewhere, our Ireland offices also saw further distributed leadership with Angela Wiggam being promoted to Director, Head of Planning Belfast and Brian Kelly becoming Head of Planning Republic of Ireland & City of Derry~North West.
Meanwhile, John Davison is promoted to Head of Strategic Communications, Ireland. The move follows our successful expansion and growth in the Republic of Ireland since establishing a presence in 2019.
Given the rapid growth and prominence of our national EIA service, we have established a new role with Director, Andy Ricketts becoming Head of EIA.
Marc Timlin takes on the role of Head of Heritage, Townscape and Landscape.
Business Cases and Funding specialist Bindu Pokkyarath is promoted to Director in the Economics team.
Andrea Kellegher is promoted to Director in the Strategic Communications team.
Further Director-level appointments in Planning teams see Kate Donald, Rosie Cotterill and Freya Turtle promoted in the Scotland, Midlands, and London teams respectively.
