Jessica was the RTPI East Midlands Young Planner of the year in 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge of the East and West Midlands. Jessica will be working on projects for a range of clients, including Vistry, Summix, and Taylor Wimpey.

Holly is studying for a Masters in Urban Regeneration and Development at the University of Manchester.

Speaking about the appointments, Angela Reeve, Head of Planning Midlands said:

“Simon, Jessica, Sam and Holly are all passionate about the Midlands region and will strengthen our talented 20 strong planning team as we continue to grow our offering across the Midlands. We welcome them at an exciting time with a number of existing and emerging high-profile projects across the region for them to advise on.”

Simon added:

“I’m looking forward to returning to Birmingham and working with the Turley Midlands team and colleagues across the UK and Ireland. The pace of change in the Midlands continues to be impressive, but there is still tremendous opportunity and potential for further growth, and I’m excited to play a part in helping unlock this.”
