With sustainability a key priority for Taylor Wimpey, the Elton Head Road development will include measures such as an ecology buffer, and wildlife and drainage ponds in order to create a strong landscaping and enhanced ecology area to the scheme. The site is well located close to Lea Green Train Station. The carefully designed development will also provide an extension of the cycle way and footpath on Elton Head Road as well as provide two new bus stops.
