Turley - helping you to prepare a long-term town regeneration plan

The Government announced the latest round of regeneration funding for towns on the 1 October [1]. Read on to find out how our specialist Towns team can help you unlock the funding.

55 towns across the country will each receive £20 million of funding over ten years and as a first action will need to develop a long-term plan to invest in and regenerate their town, based on the priorities of local people. The plans will need to be put to local people for consultation.
