JV competition for comprehensive regeneration across the Wirral
Our role
- Supported BCEGi in their bid for a JV partnership with Wirral Council.
- Comprehensive service offer. Design led, with bid leadership from Economics and inputs from Planning.
- We successfully helped the client to navigate stakeholder presentations, workshops and interim submissions to become one of the final two bidders in this highly competitive process.
Results
- This was a highly rewarding project and as a shortlisted applicant we built a trusted relationship with an important client.
