Digital Platforms - Allto* and Gether
Smarter, more inclusive and more impactful community engagement – powered by digital platforms and shaped by our Strategic Communications expertise.
Our digital engagement platforms, Allto by Turley and Gether by Turley, help clients reach wider audiences, gather meaningful insight and evidence community support in ways that are not possible through traditional methods alone.
Built from the ground up by our in-house team, our platforms are powerful and bespoke consultation tools. They are designed around the realities of projects, communities and decision-making – helping turn digital consultation into richer conversations and demonstrating community support.

Sell the story behind the site: our inclusive digital consultation platform transforms how people perceive, explore and respond to development proposals.
Born out of our belief that great places start with great conversations, Allto* by Turley helps project teams present proposals through a rich, narrative-led digital experience. Participants are guided through the story of a project, with opportunities to provide feedback at every stage of the journey – using collaborative tools, interactive maps and dynamic feedback.
It is designed to make consultation more accessible, more intuitive and more meaningful. When people can imagine the future of a place, they are better able to help shape it.

Supporters shouldn’t stay silent: our digital tool to gather support.
In planning, the loudest voices are not always the most representative. Whilst people who object are often highly motivated to respond, those who support a proposal may remain silent unless prompted. Gether changes this by identifying, mobilising and evidencing community support.
Through targeted campaigns and a simple guided interface, Gether helps supporters make their voices heard in the planning process. The platform enables people to create structured, policy-relevant letters of support that can be submitted as representations – turning positive sentiment into credible planning evidence.
Allto* and Gether can be used independently or together as part of a wider strategic communications programme.
From engagement to evidence
Our platforms bring together technology and multi-disciplinary expertise. That means every digital engagement strategy can be shaped around the project, the audience, the planning context and the outcome our clients need to achieve.
Supporting transparent engagement that helps build confidence in the process. When people can see how their input is gathered, considered and acted upon, they are far more likely to trust the organisations and processes making decisions about their community.
Capturing feedback, insight and sentiment in ways that can inform strategy and support decision-making. Rather than treating engagement as a box-ticking exercise, this means gathering data and views in a structured, robust way that can be analysed, compared and referenced with confidence.
Identifying and mobilising positive community sentiment where it exists. Not all feedback is critical or contested, often there is a genuine base of support for a proposal that goes unheard because engagement processes tend to amplify objection.
Strengthening consultation, communications and planning approaches with clearer evidence. When engagement is designed and delivered well, it produces insight that can directly shape how future consultations, communications campaigns and planning processes are approached.
Turning engagement insight into clearer decisions and better places. Ultimately, the purpose of good engagement is not the process itself but what it enables: decisions that are better informed, more widely supported, and more likely to deliver places and outcomes that genuinely reflect the needs and aspirations of the people who will live with them.
“Our platforms are built on technology, but their strength comes from our expertise. They create a fuller engagement journey – from early conversations and insight-gathering through to planning-stage advocacy and representation.”
