Popham Logistics Park
Setting a new benchmark for sustainability in UK logistics
We provided EIA and Economics services to support the hybrid planning application for up to 3 million sq ft of employment space at land north of the M3, Popham, following two rounds of public consultation in 2025.
Driving regional growth
Popham Logistics Park will deliver significant benefits for Basingstoke and the wider South East, supporting around 3,000 net additional jobs across the region and generating approximately £590 million in annual Gross Value Added.
The development is also expected to contribute around £17 million each year in business rates, helping to support local public services.

Situated on a well-contained 200-hectare site between the Ports of Southampton and Portsmouth, with direct access to the M3, A303 and A33, the scheme is ideally positioned to improve supply chain efficiency across the South East while helping to reduce HGV miles.
