Reserved matters approval for Herts Living
Our role
- We provided a comprehensive Planning service throughout the entirety of the project, from early design development through to the determination of the application at planning committee. This included the preparation and submission of the reserved matters application, along with presentation at planning committee.
- We continue to work with Herts Living Ltd on the project on the discharge of planning conditions on both the outline and reserved matters applications.
Results
- The development will provide 13 new homes on a former primary school site within Wormley in a highly sustainable location, making efficient use of the vacant previously developed site.
- The homes will be brought forward alongside the adjacent 77 bed dementia care home, currently under construction by Herts County Council.
- The homes and adjacent care home are intended for completion in early 2022, providing high quality living accommodation in Wormley.
